The ARDHJE Award is a competition and award, aimed at promoting creativity, public exposure, and contemporary art in Albania and internationally. Zeta Galerie and Residency Unlimited (RU) in New York invited me to be part of the jury for 2019, which selected Endri Dani as the Ardhje award winner. Each year, the recipient is granted a three-month residency in New York through RU and an exhibition at Zeta. The invitation was also a research visit set up by Zeta founder, Valentina Koça, who facilitated studio visits with artists as well as other meetings. Fellow jury members included curator Noït Banai and the last Ardhje Award winner, Remijon Pronja.
